Luminescent label binding to analyte sought for is carried out in setting specific analyte binding reaction with components under analysis. The not bound analysis components are washed out. Reaction reservoir is dried and micro areas are scanned on the reservoir bottom using laser radiation beam of variable crosssection area. The laser radiation beam of variable cross-section area is taken to be equivalent to single micro area under scanning which area is selected 104...3•104 times as large as the area analyte sought for.
