Output of the latter is connected to inputs of pulse counters which outputs are coupled to input of electron circuit controlling and processing measured signal. Aid to remove direct flux of exciting radiation from optical system recording luminescence made in the form of concave mirror is positioned between specimen holder and first element of optical recording system, aperture angle of first element of optical system lies within bounds of 40- 70 degrees. EFFECT: enhanced signal-to-noise and signal-to-background ratios which enables selectivity of analysis of low concentrations of biological objects in tested medium to be raised. 4 dwg
