SUBSTANCE: method involves determining preliminarily by NBT test the activity of the system generating superoxide radicals in neutrophils of capillary blood subjected in vitro to effect of 50 Hz, 30 mT magnetic field, said effect being identical with the prospective treatment pattern. In case of increased intensity of spontaneous NBT test and decreased intensity of stimulated NBT test in neutrophils of magnetized blood with relation to initial parameters, the use of variable magnetic field is considered expedient while reduction of these parameters indicates the inexpediency of its prescription.
