FIELD: color liquid-crystal display panels. SUBSTANCE: device has transparent isolation base, set of address buses which are shaped on transparent isolation base in parallel to each other, set of data buses which are shaped on transparent isolation base in perpendicular to address buses, set of picture elements which are shaped on transparent isolation base. Each picture element has first and second picture electrodes and four switching thin-film field-effect transistors. First and second picture electrodes are placed in adjacent areas along address buses between two adjacent address buses and on both sides of data bus which is placed between two electrodes. These electrodes form lines of picture elements between two adjacent address buses. Charges of first and second switching transistors are connected to first picture electrode. Charge of third and fourth transistors are connected to second electrode. Discharges of switching transistors are connected to data buses and their gates are connected to address buses. Gates of first and third switching transistors are connected to address bus which is placed between line where given picture element is placed and previous line. Discharges of these switching transistors are connected to data bus which is placed between first and second picture electrodes of given picture element. Gates of second and fourth switching transistors of each picture element are connected to bus which is placed between two next lines of picture elements. Their discharges are connected to data bus which is placed between given picture element and one adjacent picture element from the same line. Additional address and data buses are introduced for connection of second and fourth transistors of picture elements of last line and last column. Set of filters having red, green and blue filters is placed above picture electrodes. Liquid crystal is placed between picture electrodes and filters. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
