FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: display comprises photo sensor arranged in pixel area of active matrix substrate. Said photo sensor comprises photo detector to receive incident light, capacitor connected with photo detector to accumulate output current from photo detector, reset signal line to feed reset signal to photo sensor, read signal line to feed read signal to photo sensor, and switch to read output current accumulated in capacitor in response to read signal after reset signal feed unless read signal is not fed. Phototransistor makes said photo detector.

EFFECT: decreased spread of photo sensor parameters.
