FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves breaking of corn cobs; grinding them in hammer grinder; fractionating by screens with sequentially reducing sizes. Prior to breaking corn cobs grains are separated from cobs. Fractionating is effectuated to obtain particles with the sizes within the range of 0.67-3.2 mm. Then glazing is conducted with subsequent fractionating into three fractions and separation of coarsely cut groats and feed meal. EFFECT: high quality of product. 3 dwg
