FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: use is made of T-shaped tube with oval holes in center of transverse elbow and at its ends. Sizes of holes are equal to half the tube diameter. Tube is introduced retrogradely through choledochotomic hole. EFFECT: higher efficiency of drainage and reduced postoperative complications.
