FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and can be used in treatment of patients with cholelithiatis. Transduodenal papillisphyncterotomy is performed from access without transaction of rectus including skin cutting with bringing aside rectus medially and blunt opening of transverse muscle of abdomen. Papillisphyncterotomy is performed between two guiding ligatures, brought in retrograde way through great duodenal papilla. Transverse cut of duodenum is sewn with uninterrupted returning suture.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of operation trauma, reduces risk of post-operation hernia development.
