SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, operative endoscopy, X-ray endovascular surgery. Before installing the drainage tube, a Teflon guidewire is inserted through the stump of the cystic duct into the common bile duct or duodenum. A drainage tube is inserted through the conductor, then the drainage is fixed on the conductor to the stump of the cystic duct. The patency of the drainage lumen is checked by traction of the conductor. The outer part of the drainage is sutured on the conductor to the skin, then the conductor is removed.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of simple and reliable fixation of the drainage in the bile ducts while reducing the risk of its clamping at the points of fixation.
