FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: pursestring suture is made by application of stitches in tissue depth over two concentric circumferences and with alternating stitches of transition over circumference on surface of organic tissues. Size of stitches over circumference is not less than that between circumferences. Method enables preservation of microcirculation of sutured tissues.
