SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, proctology. Two purse string sutures are applied without overlap of stitches proximal to the zone of thrombosed nodes by 5 cm in the area of ​​unchanged mucous membrane in the horizontal direction, with stitches up to 1.5 cm long and 1 cm apart. In this case, the first suture is applied clockwise, bringing the ends of the threads to 00 o'clock relative to the conventional dial, the second seam is applied counterclockwise at a distance of 0.4-0.5 mm from the first seam, bringing the ends of the threads at 3-00 o'clock relative to the conventional dial. The head of the hemorrhoidal stapler is introduced through the area sewn with purse-string sutures. The seams are tied in such a way that the seams cover the working rod of the apparatus under the head. Delayed stitching of the rectal wall is performed with a pause of 30 s. Reserved mucosa is removed from the rectum. The anoderm is punctured, followed by squeezing out the thrombotic masses until the node is completely emptied. A piece of hemostatic sponge moistened with liquid betadine is introduced through the puncture into the lumen of the node. In the postoperative period, enteral mixtures are used for postoperative nutrition for 7 days as the only source of nutrition.

EFFECT: method provides a good cosmetic and functional result of the operation, does not require dressings and local treatment, allows to reduce the period of rehabilitation after surgery, is low-traumatic, and reduces possible complications.
