SURGICAL DRAINING APPARATUS USED IN APPLICATION OF COMPRESSION ANASTOMOSES TO HOLLOW ORGANS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2012250 C1

FIELD: medical engineering; surgery. SUBSTANCE: when applying apparatus to tissue, threads 9 and 13 were positioned inbetween tightened contact sutures and connecting rings 2 and 3 were joined by exerting pressure via tissue to allow uniform compression. During the first 48 h of early post-operative period, tube 1, first clamping member 4 and second clamping member 48 resolved to relieve connecting rings 2 and 3. Nonnecrotized tissues and necrotic fluid were drained via recesses 50 and 7, drain passages and cutouts, side drain holes 17, gaps in tube 1, and bushings 40. EFFECT: effective drainage. 5 cl, 18 dwg
