FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has several independently controlled laser radiation pulse channels and remote switching circuit, laser radiator and control block wire-connected to it. Control block has multichannel generator of starting signals with memory for storing multitude of codes of starting frequencies, and automatic voltage regulator of laser power supply in frequency range of each channel whose inputs are connected with control circuit outputs and whose outputs are connected with inputs of radiation starting channels. Novelty in device consists in combination of several independent channels of radiation in one radiator, introduction of remote switching circuit of generator starting signals into radiator automatic voltage regulator of laser power supply for smoothing pulse power in frequency range in each channels of starting signal generator.
