FIELD: medical engineering, equipment for physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises functionally interrelated irradiating terminal 1 and control desk 2 interconnected by electric cable. Terminal has extension piece housing photodetector connected to indicator provided at control desk to carry out photoelectric monitoring of light beams reflected by biological object being irradiated. Same extension piece houses continuously operating light-emitting diodes and semiconductive laser radiator operating in pulsed mode. This arrangement results in spatially homogeneous mixing of their light radiations within radiating aperture in face part of terminal and makes possible to uniformly irradiate both superficial and deeper-lying tissues of biological object. Apparatus is effective for physiotherapeutic treatment due to combined effect of permanent magnetic field and pulsed-continuous light radiation in near infrared range of optical spectrum. EFFECT: higher accuracy in individual dosages of light energy during healing irradiation of wounds, traumatically produced bone damage and diseases of inflammatory etiology. 1 dwg
