FIELD: mechanical engineering, cleaning of parts. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir for cleaning, ultrasonic generator, reservoir for keeping solvent, means for delivering the solvent in liquid state from the reservoir for keeping solvent into the reservoir for cleaning, means for removing the solvent in liquid state from the reservoir for cleaning into the reservoir for keeping solvent, condenser, and device for discharging the solvent in vaporous state into the condenser. The reservoir for keeping the solvent communicates in its top section with the condenser through connecting pipeline facilitating removal of the vaporous solvent and returning solvent condensate in the condenser into the reservoir for keeping solvent. The means for discharging the solvent in liquid state into the reservoir for keeping solvent is provided with pump. Part to be subjected to cleaning is placed in the reservoir for cleaning, the reservoir is pressure- sealed, and the solvent is delivered in the liquid state from the reservoir for keeping solvent into the reservoir for cleaning where the solvent cleans the part. After cleaning the solvent in liquid state is removed from the reservoir for cleaning into the reservoir for keeping solvent for lifting the level of the liquid solvent to facilitate forced delivery of the solvent vapors into the condenser where they are to be condensate.
