FIELD: mechanical engineering, manufacturing heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: composing of stack from dissimilar materials containing plates and spacers joined together by liner from fusible glass powder is performed in three stages: pre- treatment by heating and exposure to pressure, isothermal holding at maximum temperature and cooling, including differential annealing. Claimed invention proposes concrete values and ranges of parameters of each of the welding stages and substantiates possibility of conducting the process in air atmosphere. EFFECT: higher strength and pressure-tightness of joining elements of heat-exchanger. 3 tbl
