FIELD: composite materials, namely production of different-design heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing intermediate gasket between metallic plates, assembling pack and joining plates by diffusion one with another through intermediate gasket at heating pack and applying to it pressure from 0.2 MPa until Pσ0,2 for predetermined time period at temperature no more than temperature of breaking pack for time period necessary for forming binding of composite material. Intermediate gasket includes oxides of boron, lead, zinc, silicon, antimony, bismuth, magnesium and in addition it includes aluminum oxides. In description of invention there are examples of joining plates of aluminium alloy and plates of copper.
