FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: method consists in continuous maintaining of preset density and improvement of quality of hydraulic cyclone separation of non-weighted muds. For this purpose, supply of overflow of desander is regulated to third stage of cleaning in desilter. Preset density of mud is continuously maintained by successive cleaning of all volume of mud coming from well by vibrating screen and desander, and part of volume after fine cleaning in desilter. Then, both volumes of different densities are mixed in circulation system and supply of overflow of desander to desilter for cleaning is regulated by means of bypass depending on value of measured averaged density of cleaned mud.
