FIELD: washing of drilled oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: screening system includes circulating vessel with compartments, vibrating screens, mud separator, sludge pump, mixers of weighted drilling mud. Tube channel of bottom communication connects circulating vessel with mud pumps. Low- and high-pressure pipelines with valving are made and installed for supply of weighted drilling mud from circulating vessel to mud separator having line of return of clayless weighted drilling mud to circulating vessel. System is provided with desander, disperser, the second sludge pump made for supply of weighted drilling mud after vibrating screens to desander. From desander, weighted drilling mud freed from sand is returned to the second compartment of circulating vessel. There is tank with metering device for storage and supply of clay peptizing agent to weighted drilling mud in the second compartment of circulating vessel. Disperser has line of return of dispersed weighted drilling mud to the third compartment of circulating vessel and made for pumping of weighted drilling mud over cycle: drilling muds- disperser- the third compartment of circulating vessel. Sludge pump is made for supply of dispersed weighted drilling mud to mud separator. Clayless weighted drilling mud is returned to circulation vessel. EFFECT: higher efficiency of screening of weighted drilling mud efficiency of screening of weighted drilling mud from sludge, reduced losses of weighting agent improved main process parameters of drilling mud with simultaneous reduction of materials consumption for mud treatment, improved operating conditions of mud pumps, bottomhole motors, drilling bits and cleaning mechanisms. 1 dwg
