FIELD: working members for rock cutting by percussive-cutting method. SUBSTANCE: working member has body with periphery members secured to it. Body is installed on output part of articulated shaft of additional drive. Sprocket is installed on output shaft of main drive. Sprocket and body are arranged obliquely to axle of output shaft of sprocket drive by means of tilting mechanism. Output shafts of sprocket and body are kinematically connected to main and additional drives correspondingly to ensure the selection of preset operating conditions of member, whose parameters depend on relation between vectors of angular frequencies of body and sprocket and also on value of working member inclination relative to axle of output shaft of sprocket drive.
