FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: drilled in sides 2 of working 1 beginning from working face are hollows 3 inclined towards bed floor. Ends of cappings 4 and 5 are introduced into hollows, and their other ends are directed towards each other. Lagging 6 is laid on cappings 4 and 5 and wedged out with wooden blocks 7 to under free ends of cappings 4 and 5, and supporting members 8 and 9 are installed, respectively. Cappings 4 and 5 are installed with their rise to middle of working span. EFFECT: higher efficiency in supporting of working roof due to provision of conditions for regulation of roof load over working outline at the moment of putting the support into service. 7 dwg
