FIELD: test engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for imaging mouth of bottles and vessels made of light-tight material, has optical gadget and lighting device. Optical gadget is mounted on the axis of the vessel to be imaged and lighting unit is placed between imaged vessel and optical gadget. Lighting unit has at least one light source and one member for directing light. The latter is made in form of a ring and has coaxial peephole made in form of expanding in the direction of truncated cone vessel. Side surface of the truncated cone has to be the surface of light outputting, angle of slope is equal to 30-45 deg. EFFECT: improved precision. 13 cl, 5 dwg
