FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: diagnostic reagent included amidopyrine and aniline as chromogen, hydroxylamine as reagent stabilizer and such enzymes as glucoseoxydase and peroxydase in phosphate buffer. Said reagent allowed conducting studies in broad temperature range (from +18 C to +37 C). Optical density fluctuations were positively negligible during long period of time (up to 70 minutes from start of reaction). Said reagent permitted prompt and effective express diagnosis for 5 minutes and following precision quantitative determination of glucose in biological material. It was possible that amount of glucoseoxydase be reduced two times, this being advantage over prior art. Above mentioned reagents could be prepared and used practically without any risk of being injured. EFFECT: higher stability of reagent and simpler and speedier process of identification of glucose. 6 tbl
