As indicator substrate of chromogen-forming enzyme peroxidase, kit can contain indicator substrate including 8- hydroxyquinoline or its derivatives, e.g. 8-hydroxyquinolinesulfonate. Finished solid forms of principal functional components are prepared by tableting using, as filler, ammonium salts of orthophosphoric acid.
