SUBSTANCE: composition is characterized in that it is possible to obtain ohmic electrodeposited coatings from aqueous electrolytes on semiconductors MnSi, FeSi, CoSi due to nickel sulfate, boric acid, potassium chloride and hydrofluoric acid contained in the composition in the following relationship of ingredients in g/l: 350-400 of nickel sulfate NiSO4·7H2O, 25-35 of boric acid H3BO3, 4.5-5.5 of potassium chloride, 90-110 of hydrofluoric acid. EFFECT: widened possibilities.
