FIELD: metal rolling. SUBSTANCE: method provides blank rolling reduction by rollers, that are mounted with eccentricity to rolling axis and turned by a flattening angle. Difference of rollers diameters is not exceeding double value of the eccentricity. EFFECT: method increases output of alloyed metals and alloys good for processing and decreases probability of surface breaks occurrence. 1 tbl
