FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: method provides for deformation of workpiece by three rollers screw-type rolling with positive twisting in cap-shaped rollers, mounted with eccentricity. In separate case, screw-type rolling is being carried out with logarithmic degree of twisting deformation, making 0.10 0.65 of its sum with logarithmic factor of elongation. In specific cases workpiece is additionally reduced by longitudinal rolling in passes and / or drawing. Logarithmic factor of elongation during reduction by longitudinal rolling is set 0.3 0.8 of its sum with logarithmic degree of twisting deformation in process of screw-type rolling. Screw-type rolling and drawing are carried out with sum of average angles of conicity of output (passes) site of rollers and draw plate in limits of 10 40 deg.
