FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of metal processing by pressure provides for in series heatings and deformations of blanks under temperatures of β - range, heating and deformation of blanks in (α+β) - range under the temperature by 55 . . . 150 C below the temperature of full polymorphous transformation. The state is being kept for 3 - 8 hours and followed by deformation and maintaining for 10 . . . 30 minutes under the temperature of deformation. The whole complex of the operations in (α+β) - range is exercised 1 - 3 times. Then the blanks are cooled by 10 . . . 20 C below the temperature of preceding deformation with following maintenance for 10 . . . 40 minutes and make deformation with deformation degree of 15 . . . 25 % and with the deformation speed of 10°-10-1C-1. The final thermal treatment is exercised under temperature at least 10 C below temperature of the last deformation. EFFECT: method is used for metal processing by pressure. 1 tbl
