FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method provides for multiple deformation of stamped semi-finished products from titanic alloys under temperatures of β - range with preliminary heating and multiple deformation of the products under temperatures of ( (α+β) ) - range with preliminary heating. Temperature of preliminary heating before the first deformation under temperature of ( (α+β) ) - range is 55 - 150 C below temperature of full polymorphous transformation and maintenance under the temperature of the second heating, the temperature of which is 20 - 40 C below of the temperature of full polymorphous transformation, equals to 3 -8 hours. The first and the second deformations with the preliminary heating must be carried out 1 - 3 times in compliance with complicity of semi-finished product form. EFFECT: method is used for metal processing by pressure.
