FIELD: cutting. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool has a holder with a rectangular notch in which an end cylindrical cam is mounted. The working surface of the cam is used for engagement with the lower bearing surface of a cutting plate. A worm engageable with a worm wheel made on the cylindrical surface of the cam is mounted in the cutting tool holder.
