FIELD: machining. SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing a series of identical accurate blind holes running in of the working end of a tool for each following hole is made up to the moment at which the speed of a particular number of working pulses passing through the interelectrode gap reaches the control value. Periodical running in of the end is made before machining of each hole in the same modes as the hole machining is made. While running in the speed at which the working pulses pass through the interelectrode gap is controlled and the running in is stopped when this speed is reached. EFFECT: improved quality.
