FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: variable resistor has dielectric base and cover made from flexible material with inner metallized surface which is contact element. Its edges are tightly connected to dielectric base. Resistive element with current leads located on dielectric base is provided with metal rods positioned in flexible part of cover perpendicular to lines of current. Current leads are so arranged inside space of cover that they protrude beyond its edge are capable of simultaneous contact to contact element. Part of resistive element adjoining them is also capable of contacting contact element. EFFECT: simplified design. 4 dwg
