FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: pressure-welding of parts is preceded by assembling the stack of parts to be welded. Protective shell 3 is welded to part 1 around its perimeter. Gas- absorbing pellets 6 and self-fluxing powder 5 is placed into the space formed between part 1 and shell 3. Powder 5 is also poured onto the surface to be welded. Part 2 is placed on top of the powder layer, some more gas absorbing pellets 6 are placed into the gap between part 2 and shell 3, the self-fluxing powder is added till the gap is fully filled, and the gap is then welded by pressure-tight weld. The stack of the part is heated to the temperature of melting of the self-fluxing powder, but not to the less than the forging temperature of the part to be welded. The heated stack of the parts is subjected to different degree of deformation at different portions of the stack.
