FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a body with a worm feeder inside of it. Pre-matrix chamber is made as a tip, fixed on a butt of the body. The pre-matrix chamber has several devices to equalize speed of ropes output and a matrix. Pre-matrix chamber inner surface is made as a converging tube of round crossing at the input and of square type crossing at the output of the chamber. The chamber has expanding and equalizing sections and guiding grating, placed between them. The matrix profiled canals are made in the form of converging tubes with squared section at input of the matrix and round form section at output of the matrix.
