FIELD: packaging. SUBSTANCE: clip is made from tape material and has base and two strips with ends bent outside. When connected into a line, bent ends of adjacent clips form connecting web. Ends of strips have portion with width less than that of tape material. Portions of strips of clips adjacent to bent ends also have width less than that of tape material. Tape edges at these portions are disposed in parallel one with the other. Device for sealing bags and flexible tubes by V-shaped clips from tape material has die with recess for receiving clip base and stamp. Working surface of stamp is provided with slot for embracing clip. Stamp is mounted for displacement to die and bending clip strips one towards the other with subsequent pressing them to clip base. Stamp slot has width coinciding with that of clip strip ends and depth less than thickness of strip ends. EFFECT: simplified construction and wider operational capabilities. 9 cl, 9 dwg
