FIELD: locking and sealing of sacks and collector bags. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for locking and sealing of containers which require forming of flexible loops. In proposed invention flexible locking element is made in form of tape, flat in cross-section, with thickened edges along narrow sides. One free end of flexible locking element is provided with tip. Stop is made in form of oblong metal plate and is provided with bent off sides orientated in direction of passing of flexible locking element at locking when stop is placed in housing. Central through hole of stop is shaped, with through cuts communicating with additional through cuts. Device is provided with fastener with needle rigidly connected to end of fastener for piercing the tape when locking. EFFECT: improved reliability of locking. 7 cl, 5 dwg
