FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: packer has spring-loaded anchor mounted on outer surface of upper end fittings of sealing member installed in space of shaft for limited axial movement, spring-loaded differential bushing with annular groove in outer surface and fixing pins. Locating arm of shaft fixing it with reference to upper ring fittings of sealing member is manufactured in the form of spring-loaded lock with separation force less than that of spring-loaded anchor. Shaft has radial holes. Inner surface of upper end fittings has annular groove and fixing pins are put into radial holes of shaft for successive positioning of their face parts in annular groove of differential bushing and groove of upper end fittings of sealing member with axial translation of differential bushing.
