FIELD: hydraulic power engineering. SUBSTANCE: vertical support with a blade turbine wheel and an electrical generator mounted on it is fastened to the water pool bottom. The electrical generator is made in the form of two pairs of conical plate stator and rotor located in a horizontal plane one inside the other respectively. Both pairs face each other by larger bases. The turbine wheel is located between the pairs. The outer conical surfaces of the plate rotors have vertical turbine vanes, slots with capsulated winding in the form of segment groups are made on the outer conical surfaces of the stators. The segment groups are circumferentially positioned. The stators and the turbine wheel are made one piece and are mounted for rotation opposite to the plate rotors. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 dwg
