FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: cylinder is position within a case to form top (warm) and bottom (cold) spaces. The cold space is positioned within a cooling jacket. Detachable heat insulating pipe encloses an evaporator made of a ring coaxially arranged at the top part of the cylinder to form a space between the top edges of the cylinder and the evaporator.
