FIELD: instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has thin-walled vessel communicating with working-gas source and gasified vessel by means of pipelines with valves. Heat exchanger is positioned inside thin-walled vessel. Coil pipe is welded to external surface of gasified vessel. Tube space of heat exchanger and coil pipe are connected to cooling-agent tank and to heating-gas line through separate pipelines and are coupled to them in succession by means of valves. All components of the device, pipelines and fittings are arranged in heat-insulating casing. Vacuum producing facility is coupled to upper part of thin-walled and gasified vessels through pipelines with valves. Invention enables reduction of time interval required for working-gas intake.
