FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: on the driving shaft a gear is secured which is engaged with the gears of the intermediate shafts. Pin is pressed-in into the neck of the intermediate shaft. A converter mechanism is pivotally connected to the bin including a swingable sleeve. A casing and a carriage are coaxially mounted on the surface of the sleeve by bearings. The carriage is adopted to engage the linear guide means of the housing. In the housing an axially movable bushing is positioned having a bottom engaged by the cam of the pusher. The ends of the flexible member are associated to the bottom end of the pusher and to the carriage respectively. When the driving shaft is rotated the torque is effected which transmitted by the gear to the both of two intermediate shafts. A unit comprised the sleeve, the casing and the carriage is actuated to swing in the plane of the guide means while intermittently purging the flexible member. When the flexible member is completely purged the inclination angle of the sleeve is equal to zero. EFFECT: enhanced performance reliability. 2 dwg
