FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has drive shaft with rigidly fitted-on spur gear and bushing with spur gear rim installed for sliding on shaft. Rod is freely installed for axial displacement in drive shaft bore hole under action of control mechanism. Pin is press-fitted in rod radial hole on which two pairs of slide blocks are freely fitted. Slide blocks are arranged in screw slots made on drive shaft and sliding bushing. Slots are made with opposite hand of helix. Gears and bushing with gear rim come into meshing with driven spur wheels mounted on crankshaft and mechanically coupled with its double eccentric mechanism.
