FIELD: atomizing and burning of air-fuel mixtures. SUBSTANCE: taper-shaped atomizer 1 expanding in direction of flow is composed of two half-cones 2, 3 situated one above the other. Central axes of half-cones are longitudinally shifted relative to each other. As a result of this shift one tangential inlet slot is formed on each side over the length of atomizer. Fuel is fed in the center through nozzle 9 and also tangentially into the areas of inlet slots through fuel delivering pipes 10, 11, which have orifices 21 for delivery fuel 6. Formed above each slot is channel accommodating injectors 12, 13. These injectors are intended for delivering other fuel 4. Air-fuel mixture with fuel from injectors 12, 13 and/or with fuel coming from fuel delivery pipes 10, 11 flows in the form of air-fuel mixture 8 through tangential inlet slot into inner space 17 of atomizer 1, where in any case other mixture is formed with fuel 5 from nozzle 9.
