FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: device has a housing, datum fixed and movable jaws which are provided with measuring tips. The jaws have a blind and through radial openings and aligned slots formed in them. The device furthermore has a spring located in the slots and adapted for producing a measuring force, an adjustable stop in the form of a screw with nut at one end extending along the through opening of the movable jaw, the other end of the adjustable stop being located in the blind opening of movable jaw; a meter attached to the fixed jaw and interacting with the movable jaw coupled with the fixed one through a bridging member.
