FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: device has illuminator 1 in the form of a source of nonpolarized and/or circularly polarized radiation including amplitude modulated radiator 2 with coupler 3 of a portion of modulated radiation, photoconverters 4 and 5, reference voltage sources 6 and 7, comparison units 8 and 9, switching unit 10, recorder 11 and controllable switch 12. Photoconverter 5 is optically coupled with coupler 3 and is connected to the input of comparison unit 9 the second input of which is connected to reference voltage source 7 and the output of comparison unit 9 is connected to the controllable input of switching unit 10. The output of photoconverter 4 is coupled with the signal input of switching unit 10 the output of which is connected to recorder 11 and comparison unit 8 connected to reference voltage source 7 and controllable switch 12. The device is characterized in that instability of radiation intensity of the illuminator doesn't affect the measurement results. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 12 dwg
