FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: composition for preparing of lyophilized preparations has peptide and/or a mixture of peptide and carbohydrate components and ethylenediaminetetraacetate. Composition is prepared at the following ratio components, wt. -% : ethylenediaminetetraacetate 0.02-0.22; peptide and/or a mixture of peptide and carbohydrate components 1-20, and water - the rest. Composition provides retention of signal in immunoenzymatic assay due to decrease of loss of specific activity during storage of positive control sera. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 2 tbl
