FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: trap has box-shaped casing. Cover 3 and fore part 4 are connected to one another and are mounted on lower part of trap by horizontal axle 5 for their turning. Alarm mechanism is in the form of ring 8 attached to bottom with the aid of yoke and hook 7 which is suspended to the cover on rope 6. Bait is put on hook 7 and is engaged with ring 8. When taking bait from the hook animal puts away hook 7 from ring 8. The cover is turned and the trap is closed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
