FIELD: medicine, particularly, urinology. SUBSTANCE: researchers carried out urodynamic study, cystoscopy, biopsy of urinary bladder walls, morphological assessment of extent of inflammatory changes and rheography of posterior wall of urinary bladder in region of vesical triangle using two catheters having preset working surface and shaped as ureteral catheter and club. Revelation of arteriovenous shunting combined with minimal morphological changes in bioptytes gave grounds to judge whether there was concealed blood circulation disorder or not. EFFECT: higher accuracy in revealing concealed blood circulation disorders. 9 dwg
