Pulsating fluctuating stimulation is carried out via the same electrode during 15 min. Repeated rheograms are recorded in 5,10 and 15 min after its beginning and 5 min later after its end. Blood circulation response phases are selected as initial one, compensatory one, maximum effect one and action reduction one. Rheographic indexes are calculated. Marked and gradient-bound improvement of the rheographic indexes in all three phases of pulsating fluctuating stimulation being observed, no prostate blood circulation insufficiency is considered to be the case. Marked improvement of the rheographic indexes during the first and the third phase and their deterioration during the second phase being observed, the first degree of blood circulation disorder, that is, latent prostate blood circulation insufficiency is considered to be the case. Moderate improvement of the rheographic indexes during the first phase and more apparent during the third phase and their deterioration during the second phase being observed, the second degree of blood circulation disorder, that is, marked prostate blood circulation insufficiency is considered to be the case. Rheographic indexes deterioration being observed during all three phases, the third degree of blood circulation disorder, that is, irreversible prostate blood circulation insufficiency is considered to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy of evaluation.
