SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology. It involves transrectal Doppler sonography with vardenafil introduced in highest single dose. The indicators are followed every 5 min after introduction. Local circulation variation phases are assigned: "initial" 5-10 min, "compensatory" 15-20 min and "maximum effect" 25-30 minutes. In case of apparent and gradient increasing indices improvement in all 3 phases of exposure, prostate circulatory depression is not observed. If indices are apparently improved in the 1^st and 3^rd phases, however deteriorated in the 2^nd phase, the 1 degree of disturbed circulation that is latent prostate circulatory depression is determined. Moderate improvement of indices in the 1^st and more apparent in the 3^rd phase with deterioration in the 2^nd phase show 2A degree that is apparent arterial inflow depression, while deterioration of venous outflow in the 1^st and 2^nd phases indicates 2B degree, i.e. apparent venous outflow depression. In indices deterioration in all 3 phases, there is observed 3 degree of circulatory depression, or irreversible prostate circulatory depression.

EFFECT: method allows determining disease stages for the differentiated indications to treatment.
